Ingredients: Organic elderberry flower (Sambucus nigra L.) 100%.

Country of origin: Poland.

Method of preparation: 1 teaspoon of herbs pour a glass of hot water. Steep covered for 5-10 minutes.

The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balance diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the proper functioning of the body.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
