Ingredients: Betaine Anhydrous (Trimethylglycine TMG), Magnesium Taurate, Choline (Vitacholine®), Pantothenic Acid (Calcium D-Pantothenate), Thiamine (Thiamine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate P-5 -P), Niacin (nicotinic acid, nicotinic acid amide), Inositol, p-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), Folate Quatrefolic® (Glucosamine salt of (6S) -5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid), Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), Biotin (D- biotin) (QualiBiotin®), capsule shell: (binder: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
Taking niacin in doses above 20 mg per day may cause reddening of the skin in sensitive people.
Long-term intake of vitamin B6 in a dose above 10 mg may cause a mild tingling sensation and numbness.
Recommended daily intake necessary to obtain the beneficial effects of the product: 1 capsule once a day during a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
