How to use
Shake well before use. Point the sprayer towards the open mouth and spray inside the mouth or add to water or other cool liquid. Taking folic acid on an empty stomach and together with a source of vitamin C (e.g. orange juice) increases its absorption.

Recommended daily intake
Recommended daily dose: 4-8 applications.
