Ingredients: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, vitamin K menaquinone-7 in the form of a patented form VitaMk7®, beef gelatin, humectant: glycerol, water.

There are only 4 companies in the world producing natural vitamin K2. Two companies produce it using the Bacillus subtilis natto bacteria. The other two using a different strain of Bacillus licheniformis. All other forms are synthetic forms with unproven effect and negligible absorption.
