Zinc is an element classified as an essential microelement that must be supplied in food. It participates in many biochemical transformations and processes in the human body. Natural sources of zinc are: lean meat, legumes, whole grain bread, nuts and fish.

The preparation contains zinc amino acid chelate (zinc bisglycinate).

Ingredients:  zinc (zinc bisglycinate), inulin (chicory root), gelatin (capsule shell).

The preparation also contains inulin from chicory root, which acts as a natural stabilizer in the capsule. Inulin is classified as a prebiotic.

The dietary supplement does not contain unnecessary:  ​​fillers, adsorbents, binders, preservatives, coatings, glidants.

Recommended daily dose:  1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
