Curcumin-piperine complex. A formula consisting of extracts from turmeric rhizome and black pepper, in optimally selected proportions.

  • Curcumin  is an organic chemical compound and the main active ingredient of turmeric rhizome, which constitutes 2 to 5% of the content. The preparation contains a natural turmeric extract standardized to 95% curcuminoids. Isolated curcumin was obtained by extraction of turmeric rhizome (Curcuma longa).

The extract was developed by Akay Natural Ingredients Private Limited.

  • Piperine  is an organic chemical compound found in black pepper fruit. The piperidine alkaloid was first isolated by Hans Christian Oersted in 1819. The preparation consists of black pepper extract standardized to 95% piperine.
Ingredients:  turmeric rhizome extract (Curcuma longa) standardized to 95% curcuminoids, black pepper fruit (Fructus piperis nigri), black pepper extract (Piper nigrum) standardized to 95% piperine, gelatin (capsule shell).
