The origin of activated carbon

Many products on the market are based on low-quality, technical activated carbon, obtained from charcoal or fossil coal, which are not intended for consumption purposes, but for industrial or technical applications. Due to the low purity class of the coal used, they may contain substances harmful to health. The safest source of pure activated carbon for consumption is coconut shells.

Aliness activated carbon is obtained from coconut shells and intended as an ingredient in food supplements. It comes from a leading European supplier and is manufactured in one of its production plants located in Sri Lanka, Thailand and Indonesia. 

Activated in hot steam (not acids).

Ingredients: activated carbon, capsule shell: (binder: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Recommended daily intake required to obtain the beneficial effects of the product: 1 capsule with water. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.
