Magnesium and potassium citrate complex with P-5-P.P-5-P, or pyridoxal phosphate, is a biologically active and coenzymatic form of vitamin B6.

150 mg of magnesium ions + 200 mg of potassium ions +  5 mg of P-5-P in a daily portion.
Ingredients : magnesium (magnesium citrate), potassium (potassium citrate), vitamin B6 (P-5-P/ pyridoxal-5-phosphate), gelatin (capsule shell).

The dietary supplement does not contain unnecessary:  ​​fillers, adsorbents, binders, preservatives, coatings, glidants.
